What do I get for £79?
400 credits a month. A post uses 10 credits. A carousel uses 30. A reply to a message uses 1. That is up to 40 posts a month.
What if I run out of credits?
Filo pauses until your credits come back the next month. Your messages still reach your inbox. Need more? You can add credits or move to a bigger plan inside Filo.
Is the ad budget included?
No, on purpose. You set the budget and pay Meta directly, with no markup. Filo builds, launches and improves the ads.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. All personal data processing is in the EU and we encrypt data in transit and at rest. We provide a DPA upon request. Read more in the trust center.
Do I need to cancel my agency first?

Will patients know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Filo follows the EU AI Act (effective since August 2nd, 2026), which means that Filo AI discloses in its messages that it is AI.
Does Filo replace my receptionist?

Can I use Filo for more than one clinic?
